CANAM CUP 2023

Event Description: The 2023 CanAm Cup FAI event will be held May 26-29 in Muskegon, Michigan. The events are: S4A (rocket glider), S6A (streamer duration), S8E/P (precision R/C glider), S9A (helicopter duration), S3A (parachute duration), S2/P (precision eggloft). FAI members will be attending and you must have an FAI license to participate in the event as an FAI competitor. However, NAR members are able to participate in the competition as well. There is a $40 entry fee that covers all meet expenses including motors for S3A, S4A, S6A, S9A (flown with 1/2A motors) and S8E/P (flown with E motors)
Flying Site: Muskegon Waste-Water Treatment Plant, 698 N Maple Island RD, Muskegon, Michigan, 49442. Toilet facilities are available on site. Water and lunch will be available for purchase on site.
Hotel: The Harrington Inn, 1117 West Main Street, Fremont, MI, will be the host hotel. It is located about 20 miles from the launch range. A complimentary breakfast is available each morning beginning at 0500. A block of 20 rooms will be available at a discounted rate until May 24, 2020. You must register by calling the Harrington Inn (231) 924-3083 and telling them that you are attending the CanAm Cup. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at registration.
